Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship every day and we ship fast! After placing your order, please allow 48-72 hours processing time, after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Since we ship everyday, it could possibly be processed sooner.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered, depending on your location. Many are much sooner if you are close to our shipping warehouse in Utah.
How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never received one?
Please send an email to customer service at hello@dotdotdream.com and request the confirmation email. Please include your order number in the body of the email.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Dot Dot Dream is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please keep an eye out for packages especially around the holiday seasons. Also check with a neighbor.
What is my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing customer service at hello@dotdotdream.com. Please include your phone number in the body of the email.
