Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! It's easy! Just contact us with your order details. Include the names of the items you want, including colors & sizes & your email. Let us know if it is a rush order. We will send you an invoice to pay & will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

What is your return policy?

What if something i want is sold out or out of stock?

Click the "Back in Stock" tab next to the item you wanted in order to be notified when your favorite items are re-stocked. You can also email us about the item you are interested in & we will email you back when it is available again. Watch your email or keep checking the website for it.

Do you have a size guide?

We carry lots of different brands at Dot Dot Dream. Because sizing can be different with each vendor, and to help you get the best fit, we will mention sizing if it runs big or small in the product listing. Use our sizing guide for the best fit.

PRE-SALES What does that mean?

We may list items for pre-sale in our shop. This gives customers an opportunity to purchase "newly released" or "back in stock" items that are on their way from the vender, not yet available from our store to ship. If an item is a pre-sale item, expected ship dates will be included in the description.
