RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out & a return is needed. We want to make your return process easy. Please review our policies below & choose the one that applies and print the Return Form here.
Returns postmarked within 7 DAYS of date received (tracked) will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit. * see discount restrictions
*Returns postmarked with 8-14 DAYS of the date received (tracked) are eligible for store credit only. * see discount restrictions
*Returns will be inspected and processed as quickly as possible, usually with 5 days.
*After 14 DAYS, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Jewelry, sunglasses, sale/clearance items, items purchased with a *discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more, gift cards.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number so that your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the shipping process.
To be eligible for any return, your item must be returned in the original condition that you received it and in the original packaging with any tags attached, UNWORN and UNWASHED. Smoke, deodorant, perfume or other smells free. If the item shows any sign of being worn, it will be sent back to you with no refund issued.
To complete your return, print and complete our return form and include it with your return package. Click here. We require a receipt or proof of purchase so include that too.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items sent back not in compliance with our return policy will unfortunately be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the limited quantity and always changing inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. We are not able to guarentee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can do either of the following:
* Reorder the item in the size/color you want and then send the original item back to us (postmarked with 7 days) for a refund.
*Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return item and use the store credit (postmarked within 14 days) to repurchase the item or a another item in the size/color you would like.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS:
We make every effort to inspect all items for any damages or defects before shipping them out to you and we also check to make sure all items are packed correctly in the order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an order that is missing something or defective/damaged, please do the following:
* Report damages before wearing the item. Tags should still be attached.
*Report damages within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
* Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or of the item(s) you think are missing from your order. Please include your name & order number.
